The Y.T. Indexable Disc Milling Cutter provides reliable high-speed slitting and grooving for professional machining applications. Its secure clamping system and patented chip control make it suitable for demanding production environments where consistent performance matters.
- Secure Insert Clamping: Designed for safe operation and certified by Swedish users at speeds up to 17,200 RPM.
- Patented Chip Evacuation: Prevents chip accumulation inside grooves to maintain uninterrupted cutting.
- Indexable Carbide Inserts: Allows quick replacement while the same cutter body accepts more than ten insert types.
- Size Range: 200 mm diameter model with standard series covering 50 mm to 300 mm diameters and 1.4 mm to 5.5 mm thicknesses.
This cutter reduces downtime through fast insert changes and minimizes interruptions from chip buildup, helping workshops maintain steady output on grooving and slitting tasks without frequent tool adjustments.
