Exceptional durability and precision, designed for high-performance machining

HSS-E (High Speed Steel - Cobalt) end mills are made from a high-speed steel alloy with cobalt, providing exceptional durability and longevity. They have a higher heat resistance and red-hardness than HSS, they also have a higher cutting speed than HSS. They are suitable for high-performance milling applications and are able to withstand high cutting speeds and high temperatures. They are available in a wide range of sizes and can be used for a variety of milling tasks such as roughing, finishing, slotting, and plunge milling.

Powder Metal end mills are made from a high-performance sintered powdered metal alloy, providing exceptional durability and longevity. They have a higher heat resistance, wear resistance and red-hardness than HSS-E. They are suitable for high-performance milling applications and are able to withstand high cutting speeds and high temperatures. They are available in a wide range of sizes and can be used for a variety of milling tasks such as roughing, finishing, slotting, and plunge milling.

Carbide End Mills are high-performance tools designed for precision and durability, suitable for a wide range of milling applications. These carbide end mills are available with various flute types, including 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 flutes, and come in geometries such as square edge, ball nose, and corner radius. Coated with advanced finishes like Pulsar DMX, Mastermill VX, and TiAlN, they are engineered to enhance wear resistance, heat resistance, and tool life, making them ideal for high-speed cutting in materials such as steels, hardened metals, and aluminium.

The K30 range of general-purpose carbide end mills, available uncoated or with TiAlN coating, ensures versatility in standard and long-length designs, while specialized options like roughers, extended necks, and heavy-cut variants offer enhanced performance in specific tasks. Additionally, the Mastermill series focuses on higher cutting performance, with options for corner radius, chamfer edge, and double core designs for challenging applications.

In comparison to HSS-E and Powder Metal end mills, Europa carbide tools provide superior heat and wear resistance, maintaining high cutting speeds and tool life under demanding conditions. These carbide end mills are suited for tasks like roughing, finishing, slotting, and plunge milling, making them an essential choice for machinists aiming for precision and efficiency.
